When experienced restaurant owners, Tim Nevadomski and Susan Olsen, acquired the eatery, they renamed it after Susan’s late great Uncle Rupert and immediately took it to a higher level of food and service.
The view from the patio, good food, and daily specials like Two for Tuesday, Throwback Thursday and bottomless Mimosas Mondays are reason enough to make dining at Rupert’s at the Edge a regular habit.
